Order Acceptance

 If you place an order for merchandise on Wickedly Hot Vapors &/or mywhv.com, you agree to pay for the order by authorizing a corresponding charge to a valid credit card acceptable to us.  We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time and for any reason.  This is true even if you have received an order confirmation for us.  We are not liable in any way if a financial institution which has issued a credit card to you refuses to honor the card for any reason.

  

Sales and Other Taxes

 We are required to collect sales tax on orders delivered to certain states.  Unless you are able to provide us with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate prior to our acceptance of the order, you are responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order.

  

Product Availability

 Even when information on Wickedly Hot Vapors &/or mywhv.com indicates that a product is available, it may not be.  We do not guarantee availability under any circumstance.  Without liability and without prior notice, we reserve the right to change, or discontinue any or all products or to cancel any order.

  

Shipping and Delivery

 Wickedly Hot Vapors &/or mywhv.com will ship USPS to any of the 50 states comprising the USA, US territories and to US military addresses (APO/FPO).  We will ship orders within 3 business days after receipt of your order paid in full, subject to product availability.  Business days are Monday through Friday excluding federal or local holidays.  In the event that an item cannot ship within the standard delivery times, it will be treated as “backordered.”  This means that you will be advised of the delay and will have the opportunity to cancel the order.  This policy is subject to change at any time and without notice.  Wickedly Hot Vapors &/or mywhv.com will determine the carrier to be used at their sole discretion.

 

 Returns Policy

All sales are final. Exchanges on manufacturers defect or workmanship only.

Manufacturer’s warranty: Most manufacturers have a return policy for consumers. This policy, if any, precedes our store policy.

If the manufacturer’s do not have a policy, Wickedly Hot Vapors/mywhv.com will honor the following: Exchange for like item provided there is be NO physical or customer damage, the receipt is provided and must be within 14 days of purchase. If your item has been damaged or altered in any way, we will not accept it for exchange.

For sanitary reasons and overall safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns of cartridges, bottled liquid, drip tips, and used atomizers/coils.  Therefore, our Returns Policy EXCLUDES these kinds of items.  At your option, you may receive a replacement, excluding shipping cost, of a non-excluded item if available.  The process is very simple and straightforward:

  1. Inform us of the reason for exchange and obtain approval via our contact us section of the website.
  2. Repackage the item including all original parts, packaging material, instructions, etc.  Within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it   was sent to you.  Poor repackaging or the return of damages merchandise could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. Items MUST not have any damage/have been used.
  3. Include a copy of the original Packaging List in the package.
  4. Ship the item (at your expense and choice of carrier) to the address with which you were provided on the original Packing List that was sent with your item.
